So You’ve Bought michel martelly … Now What?
I wrote this post for the #nofilter blog. I think a lot about the art of being fully present. In order to truly be present, I feel like I need to be at peace with myself and the world around me. I feel like my focus needs to be where it belongs, and I need to feel as if I’m in control of my thoughts and actions.
There’s a lot to say about that. A few years ago I read a book by the artist, Michel Martelly, called “Feeling Good.” It’s the story of how he went through life as a hippie, trying to make art from an abstract perspective. Martelly’s life became more and more focused on the idea that he had to be “present.” So it was a kind of philosophical challenge to him.
A lot of people are now reading about Martelly, and they’re trying to figure out how they can do the same. The idea of feeling present at all times, even if you’re not present, is a pretty big one. It’s become part of our lives, and it’s a big part of who we are. We seem to have an internal dialogue that says you need to go to a place to be present.
The idea of being present has become an important element of our lives. And, as we all know, its a big part of being human. The way we feel, think, and behave has a lot to do with whether we feel present.
The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
It’s a whole big story for us to tell you. The fact is that the majority of your thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isnt necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we dont have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

The problem is that we are on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. We don’t even realize we’re just playing a video game, we’re just clicking buttons and moving around our virtual world.
This is why we should all just stop playing video games. We should get off the couch, and find a quiet place that is away from the TV, computer, or other distractions. Most of our video game play is mindless, and often involves sneaking into our neighbors’ houses, playing online, or just watching movies that we have no role in. When we just sit and do nothing, we lose a lot of our control over our brains.
